How soon is my order processed?

Clarissa, Rebekah and Victoria start working on your order that day it comes in. And most every order is shipped (at the latest) by the very next business day. We want to keep you connected to our artists, so if you sense you're not being attended to in a timely fashion, please call us so we can make things right: (315) 788-0825

What happens if you're out of the product I ordered?

First off, we try never to let that happen. But if for some reason it does, we'll refund your money and then contact you at a later time when we're back in stock. 

What if I order a duck?

We don't sell ducks. If you found a way to order one through our site, let us know. We're intrigued.
